Deal Concierge is a bespoke support service for home owners in the Deal area.
Deal Concierge is run by Julie Cartmel, a former MD of graphics and television post production companies, who moved to Deal 30 years ago.
Since then Julie has undertaken property development and has established excellent links with local tradespeople.
Our Service
We’re here to take care of all your needs — from simply checking that your property is okay, to overseeing complete rebuilds.
Scope of Service
No task is too big or too small: gas certificates, repairs, cleaning, or simply being there to take deliveries.
Keeping an Eye
We carry out regular inspections of properties, and organise cleaning and repairs where necessary.
